Recent Regulatory Updates

Effective July 2025 MCA V3 Portal — Migration Complete

All company e-forms, including AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1 and DIR-3 KYC, are now filed through the MCA V3 portal. The earlier V2 platform has been permanently withdrawn. Directors should confirm that their DSC details and KYC status are current before any filing is attempted.

Effective 16 February 2026 ROC Jurisdictions Reorganised

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has split several ROC jurisdictions across major cities. Companies should verify their currently mapped ROC on the MCA V3 portal before filing, as submissions made to the wrong Registrar will not be accepted.

Current filing cycle AOC-4 Linked Form Structure

The Board's Report and the Auditor's Report are now submitted as linked forms within AOC-4 rather than as separate attachments. Where applicable, CSR-2 and AOC-4 CFS must also be completed as part of the same linked filing.
