Effective July 2025 All Filings Now on MCA V3

Annual filings including AOC-4, MGT-7 and ADT-1 are submitted through the MCA V3 portal, the earlier V2 platform having been withdrawn. Directors should confirm that their digital signature registration and KYC status are current before a filing is attempted.

Current filing cycle AOC-4 Linked Form Structure

The Board's Report and the Auditor's Report are now submitted as linked forms within AOC-4 rather than as separate attachments. Where applicable, CSR-2 and AOC-4 CFS form part of the same linked filing and cannot be submitted independently.

Effective 16 February 2026 Verify Your Mapped ROC

Several ROC jurisdictions were reorganised earlier this year. Companies should check the Registrar currently mapped to them on the MCA portal before filing, since submissions made to the wrong Registrar are not accepted.
